extensive enough in reach to encompass the large workforce spread over four continents
while ensuring the highest quality of effectiveness. With theSystem utilised 24/7
365 days a year, its robustness and soundness was crucial, as was its flexibility
and customisation.
With administration of the Systembeing part of the vendors duties, the experience
and abilities of the back office staff was important too.

staff performance against objectives, and fine tuning the momentum of the entire
